inFlow Inventory features on every plan
inFlow Inventory's features cover six jobs on every plan: organizing products, tracking stock, barcoding, purchasing and receiving, selling and shipping, and reporting. The pricing page states that all plans include unlimited products, sales orders, purchase orders and integrations. What changes by plan is the number of team members and locations and a short list of gated features, as read on 3 October 2026.
The mobile app for iPhone and Android is included with every plan, alongside the web app and a Windows app.

Costing, accounting and connected channels
On the money side, the feature list includes profit and cost of goods sold tracking, multiple pricing schemes, automatic exchange rates and batch payments. Invoices, purchases and inventory value can be pushed to QuickBooks Online or Xero. Online payments are available to businesses in the US and Canada.
Connected channels listed are Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce and Squarespace directly, more than 34 other ecommerce sources and three EDI sources through Extensiv Integration Manager, ShipStation and EasyPost for shipping, Square for payments and Zapier for automation. The integrations overview explains what each connection does.
Manufacturing features sit in a separate product
Manufacture orders, bills of materials, disassembly, assembly operations, assembly cost tracking and labor timesheets appear on the feature list but belong to inFlow Manufacturing, not inFlow Inventory. Manufacturing includes every Inventory feature and starts at $169 a month billed annually or $199 monthly on its Start Up plan, with two team members and one location. If you only bundle a few kits, check whether that step up is worth $70 a month over Lite.
What the inFlow Inventory feature list leaves out
- A free plan. There is a 14-day trial only.
- QuickBooks Desktop. The accounting integrations listed are QuickBooks Online, Intuit Enterprise Suite and Xero.
- Point of sale. No register module is listed. Square is a payment integration.
- Material requirements planning. Not listed, even in the manufacturing section. Fishbowl Advanced and Cin7 Core Pro list it.
- Demand forecasting. The integrations page lists StockTrim for forecasting, connected through the inFlow API, rather than a built-in module.
- Offline mode. Not on the list.
If one of these is a requirement, the alternatives comparison names a product for each case.
Which plan the features point you to
Match your must-have rows to the cheapest plan that covers them. One location, two people and no access restrictions means Lite at $99 a month billed annually. Bin tracking, three to five people or restricted access means Core at $299. An API integration plus a B2B portal costs $88 a month in add-ons on Core, so Pro at $499 only pays off when you also need more seats, unlimited locations or advanced rights. Lot and serial tracking together cost $78 a month below Max.
The pricing breakdown has a worked total, and the demo checklist lists what to test during the trial. Features and prices were read on 3 October 2026 and can change.
