inFlow Inventory integrations: native and through connectors
inFlow Inventory lists more than 95 integrations, and more than a dozen are labeled as built by inFlow itself. The rest arrive through two connectors: Extensiv Integration Manager for ecommerce and EDI, and EasyPost for shipping carriers. The integrations page labels each one with its route, as read on 3 October 2026.

See current inFlow plans →Which plan each integration needs
The pricing table states that every inFlow Inventory plan includes unlimited integrations, so Shopify, QuickBooks Online or Zapier do not require a higher plan. Three connections are gated:
- inFlow API and MCP: a $49 monthly add-on on Lite and Core, included on Pro and Max. StockTrim and any custom integration depend on it. See what the API exposes.
- Single sign-on: Max only.
- Online payments: available to businesses in the US and Canada.
The other side of each connection has its own cost. The QuickBooks help article recommends a paid QuickBooks Online plan that includes journal entries, and Zapier and ShipStation have their own subscriptions.
What the Zapier connection can trigger and do
Zapier is the route for apps inFlow does not connect to directly, such as a CRM or a spreadsheet. The help center lists triggers for new or updated sales orders, sales quotes, purchase orders, manufacture orders, stock transfers, stock adjustments, stock counts, Stockroom scans, customers, vendors and products.
Actions can create or update those same record types, convert a quote to an order, and find a record or create it when no match exists. The vendor also publishes ready-made Zaps that email saved inFlow reports as PDF or CSV through Gmail or Outlook.
Setup steps for Shopify, QuickBooks Online and Zapier
All three start from the Integrations icon in the inFlow main menu and need an admin account.
- Shopify: in Shopify, open Apps and search for inFlow Connector. Install the app, log in to inFlow and allow access. Then connect each Shopify location to an inFlow location. The help article recommends mapping one Shopify location to one inFlow location for accurate stock.
- QuickBooks Online: under Core integrations choose QuickBooks Online, select Connect to QuickBooks, sign in and authorize. Then map the income, payment, cost of goods sold and inventory asset accounts and the taxes. The QuickBooks Online guide has the full sequence.
- Zapier: click the Zapier icon, sign in to Zapier, pick the app to pair with inFlow and choose a workflow template or build your own.
Known limits to plan around
- QuickBooks Online is one-way. Data goes from inFlow to QuickBooks. Only payments can come back, with the two-way payment setting. Stock quantities are not synced.
- No QuickBooks Desktop. It is not on the integrations list.
- Extensiv sits in the middle. eBay, Etsy, BigCommerce and the EDI sources depend on Extensiv Integration Manager, so problems are diagnosed in two places. inFlow has a separate troubleshooting article for it.
- API support is limited. The help center says the support team cannot assist with specific API questions, though it can pass them to developers.
Decide which system owns each record before connecting anything. The integration boundaries guide walks through that decision.
What to check after connecting
- Place one test order in each sales channel and confirm it appears in inFlow with the right SKU, tax and location.
- Fulfill it and confirm the stock level updates in the store.
- Mark it invoiced and find the invoice in QuickBooks Online or Xero with the same order number.
- Receive one purchase order and confirm the bill and inventory value in the accounting system.
- Open the integration settings page and read any sync alerts.
inFlow suits teams whose channels are on the native list. If you depend on QuickBooks Desktop, Fishbowl Advanced lists that integration. Integration details were read on 3 October 2026 and can change.
