What Lite, Core, Pro and Max each unlock

The four plans differ on six rows of the pricing table.

  • User access rights: not on Lite, standard on Core, advanced on Pro and Max. Advanced rights restrict by location and sales rep and add purchase order approvals.
  • API and MCP access: a paid add-on on Lite and Core, included on Pro and Max.
  • Showroom B2B portal: a paid add-on on Lite and Core, included on Pro and Max.
  • Lot numbers and serial numbers: paid add-ons on Lite, Core and Pro, included on Max.
  • Single sign-on: Max only.
  • Support: email and live chat in business hours on every plan. Max adds bookable Zoom support calls.

If you build products from components, the separate inFlow Manufacturing line starts at $169 a month billed annually or $199 monthly. The feature list by plan shows what each job needs.

New customers also get a one-time hardware credit for the inFlow shop: $100 on Lite, $250 on Core, $500 on Pro and $1,000 on Max.

Worked example: a four-person wholesaler with two stock locations

Take a wholesaler with four staff, a warehouse and a showroom, selling serialized equipment. On Lite with annual billing the pricing calculator gives:

  • Lite base: $99 a month
  • Two extra team members at $29: $58
  • One extra location at $39: $39
  • Serial numbers add-on: $39
  • Total: $235 a month, or $2,820 for the first year with onboarding left out

The same business on Core pays $299 plus $39 for serial numbers, $338 a month, and the required $499 onboarding package. That is $4,555 in year one. Core buys access rights, five seats and five locations, so it wins once a fifth person or a third site is likely. The Lite location has no sublocations, so bin-level tracking also points to Core. For the full picture including scanners and labels, see the total cost checklist.

Is inFlow Inventory free? Trial, refund and cancellation terms

No. The pricing page lists no free plan. It offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, and after the trial you must subscribe to keep using the account. The vendor says to email sales if you need more trial time.

  • Refund: cancel within the first 30 days and the vendor states you get a full refund by contacting your Customer Success Manager.
  • Canceling: an admin opens Settings, then Account, then Cancel subscription and completes a form. The help center says cancellation requests sent by email are not processed.
  • Changing plan: upgrades are charged the difference on the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Which inFlow Inventory plan to start on

Start on Lite if one or two people run one stock location and nobody needs restricted access. It is also the only plan where onboarding is optional. Start on Core if you have three to five users, more than one location or need to limit what staff can see. Choose Pro when you want the API and B2B portal without add-on fees, and Max only for lot and serial tracking at scale or single sign-on.

If you only need staff to scan supplies in and out, inFlow Stockroom is cheaper at $69 a month billed annually or $89 monthly. If $99 is too much for a very small catalog, compare the alternatives with free plans, such as Zoho Inventory and Sortly. Prices were read on 3 October 2026 and can change.
